Covenants &, Bylaws

This section provides access to documents that govern The Greens at Desert Hills Homeowners Association. These documents outline the regulations, conditions, procedures and protocols for a variety of issues that affect the membership and the entire community. The Covenants were established in December 1987 and were slightly amended in November 1988. They provide the basic regulations, governing conditions and structures for operating The Greens. The Covenants, as amplified by the provisions of the Articles and Bylaws, and enforced through the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association.
